Holiday Donation Card Order Form

If you're looking for an easy, meaningful gift that everyone will love, we would love to help. We'll send holiday cards to everyone on your list for you! The cards (pictured here) will let them know that you've donated in their honor, 100% of which supports York County Habitat for Humanity's mission to create affordable homeownership opportunities with York County families.

We appreciate a minimum donation of $10 per card. To order your cards now, please fill out the form below!

The deadline for cards to arrive at their destinations via mail before December 25th is Thursday, December 19.

Cards are available for purchase and pickup in-store at both of our ReStore Locations Monday-Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM:

If you would like HFHYC to mail your card to your loved one prior to December 25, please make sure you have included their name AND mailing address on the form above. Orders must be received by HFHYC by December 19 for cards to arrive before December 25.

If you have purchased a card in-store and would like to mail it yourself, please list the individual's name ONLY.

If you purchased cards for more than one individual, please list their contact information in the "Other Comments" box above. Please include name and mailing address for cards HFHYC will mail and names only for cards purchased in-store that you intend to deliver yourself.
