Register for the 2024 Captain's Choice Charity Golf Tournament at River Hills Country Club below!

To register as an individual golfer, select "Individual Golfer" under Golf Registration and fill in your information.

If you register as an individual, you will be assigned randomly to a team.

If you are a part of a team, please select "Golf Team" under Golf Registration and fill in your teammates' information at the bottom of the page.

For teams, you must select "click here to add a teammate" at the bottom of the page. If you do not do this, you will not be added to your team.

*Each individual golfer who wishes to participate in the skill games for prizes should purchase a duffer bag on event day. The price of the duffer bag is $60. Included in the duffer bag: Hole in One contest, Putting contest, Closest to the Hole on 2nd shot, 2 Mulligans, 4ft. String, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive and Longest Putt.

Day of schedule:

Check-in begins at 8:30 am
Shotgun start at 10 am.
