Youth Advocacy Ambassadors Program Application

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Want to grow as a leader, connect with other changemakers, and earn a stipend for your time?

Habitat for Humanity of York County is excited to launch the Youth Advocacy Ambassadors program, and we’re looking for motivated young leaders (ages 16–24) to join us!

As a Youth Ambassador, you’ll receive advocacy training, participate in community outreach, and share your voice at public events to support affordable homeownership. You'll also earn a stipend for your leadership and service.

What You’ll Do:

Attend a youth-focused Advocacy 101 training (August 2025)
Join fun and impactful outreach activities like canvassing and community tabling
Speak at events like our annual Community Breakfast
Help make housing more accessible in York County

Deadline to apply: July 30, 2025

Our staff will review applications starting August 1, 2025 and will reach out to applicants via email by August 15, 2025 to inform them of the status of their application.
